1st level support for Kabel Deutschland GmbH. Previously the largest DOCSIS provider of Germany, now owned by Vodafone. Responsible for internet, phone and analog-TV interference suppression and its documentation. In case of complex disturbance, preparation of service-tickets for special task-forces.

2nd level support at STRATO AG, one of the largest webhosters of europe. Responsible for the support of all the product categories, containing a homepage construction kits, webhosting contracts, webshops (epages), mail- and domain contracts, and servers. Special focus was on servers, including dedicated, virutal and managed ones, running on different Linux Distributions or Microsoft Windows.

Professional training for a specialist for application development at B1 Systems GmbH, a Linux and open source company. Responsible for development of modules for the internal groupware. Development of smaller applications with Python. Maintenance and extension of the technical infrastructure at the headquaters. Preparation and shipping of the training and exhibition material. Installation of training systems.
